What We Do

Golden Integrity Pty Ltd is authorised to provide financial product advice to wholesale clients in relation to:

Our services include general financial product advice, investment research publications, macroeconomic analysis, foreign exchange market updates, educational content and monthly market commentary newsletters.

Our commentary covers financial markets, macroeconomic developments relevant to investment decisions, currency and interest rate trends, and Australian and international regulatory developments affecting financial markets. Any financial product advice we provide is limited to the authorised product categories listed above.

Our newsletters provide general financial product advice only and do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Where appropriate and separately agreed, we may also provide personal financial product advice to wholesale clients within our authorised scope. Personal advice is provided under a separate engagement and takes into account the client’s relevant objectives, financial situation and needs.

We do not provide financial services to retail clients. Our authorisation does not include dealing in financial products, including arranging transactions for clients.

How We Work

Golden Integrity Pty Ltd operates under the supervision of Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd (AFSL 224485).

Our primary service is a monthly market commentary newsletter, available through this website to verified wholesale clients located in Australia. The newsletter contains general financial product advice and should be read together with the disclosures below.

Where personal advice is appropriate, the scope and terms of the service are agreed with the client under a separate engagement before that advice is provided.

We communicate with clients by phone, email or letter. We do not contact clients or provide advice through WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Facebook or other social media or messaging platforms.

We do not accept funds for investment or trading and will not ask you to transfer investment funds to Golden Integrity or to another account. If you receive such a request purporting to be from us, do not make the transfer. Contact us using the details published on this website to verify the communication.

Overseas Platform Relationships

Golden Integrity Pty Ltd has a commercial relationship with the operator of an overseas digital-asset trading platform. Under that arrangement, Golden Integrity supplies periodic investment research and market commentary publications to the platform operator. The platform operates under the name Golden Integrity.

Any financial product advice supplied under this arrangement is limited to wholesale clients and the authorised product categories listed under “What We Do”. The commercial arrangement does not expand Golden Integrity’s authorisation.

Golden Integrity’s role in this arrangement is limited to supplying those publications to the platform operator. Golden Integrity does not operate the platform, maintain user trading accounts, hold or custody users’ funds or assets, execute trades or handle settlement. Golden Integrity does not provide personal financial product advice to platform users.

The overseas platform restricts access by Australian residents. Golden Integrity does not market the platform to Australian residents. The platform operator is responsible for its platform operations, trading services, custody arrangements and applicable regulatory permissions. Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd’s AFSL 224485 does not extend to the overseas operator merely because it receives research from Golden Integrity.

Suspected impersonation or misuse of Golden Integrity’s name can be reported to scamreport@opheleoholdings.com.au. Suspected scams, including investment scams, can also be reported directly to Scamwatch at scamwatch.gov.au.

Reporting Suspected Impersonation

Australian Financial Services Licensees and their Authorised Representatives are regularly impersonated by criminal actors who misuse publicly available information — including company names, AFSL numbers, ASIC register entries, and director details — to add credibility to scams.

If you have been contacted by any person or entity claiming to represent Golden Integrity Pty Ltd, Opheleo Holdings, or any of our personnel, and the contact was made via WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Facebook, or any other messaging or social media platform; or requested that funds be deposited into a bank account; or involved a trading platform, investment scheme, or financial product not described on this website; or otherwise gave you reason to suspect it was not genuine — please report it to us immediately at scamreport@opheleoholdings.com.au. We will investigate and, where appropriate, report the matter to ASIC and Scamwatch.

You should also report suspected scams directly to ASIC and to Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au).
